Tart and tangy chicken dish.


4 chicken boneless chicken breast. You can cut this into small cubes or leave whole. If I am cooking for more than four people I cut them into cubes.

One bottle Catalina Dressing. I use Catalina Honey

One can whole cranberry

One packet onion soup mix

Place chicken in crock pot and cook on low 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Drain juices.

Mix Catalina dressing, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix in bowl. I sometimes add honey if I don't have Catalina Honey dressing. Pour this over chicken and cook for 30-45 minutes on low.

You can also bake this in oven if you choose. Just pour ingredients over chicken in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
