They are good people but don't expect an equivalent job as you would from some of Wilkes many home builders. Everything is subbed out and they are less expensive for a reason. Attention to detail isn't like you would expect. I have done work installing garage doors for most of Wilkes builders throughout my life, and almost any of them do significantly better finish work than you will find with Schumacher.

they are a homebuilder, and they sub out work. I talked with sedgewick, but Schumacher beat the price and was easier to deal with.

I would go with Sedgewick.

Has anyone done business with Schumacher homes in Greensboro nc? thinking about going with them as our homebuilder but any added insight would be appreciated.
